Insurance/Safety survey carried out in June 2017 with clean bill of health and ​f​ull pre-purchase survey held from March 2012. Hauled out 2022 for inspection, new anti-fouling, 2x head seacock replacements, new batteries and other work.

Marina Berth:
Innisfree requires a standard 12m ​berth which is paid up in Sotogrande until September 23. This is currently 5200 Euros py, payable in two 6 monthly whacks​ (through negotiation)​ which includes the electricity and water. Where else could you have accommodation on the Costa del Sol for this amount? By far, cheaper than renting or buying a property.
History:
I don't have all the history prior to 2012; we bought the boat in mid-2013 from the previous owner who only owned her for around a year although he added a huge amount of equipment and some upgrades too. I believe the plan was for extensive cruising, hence heating system, new toilets and electronics. However, his wife didn't fall in love with her for some reason, so he passed it on to me. I think she thought she was getting sports cruiser that could beat the English Channel tides! The original name of the boat was Elias Jones with a Welsh dragon on her name plate. The boat was registered in 1980 in Wales upon import and berthed there until 2013.
